Designed to offer super-sharp performance on the path less pedaled, and updated with a wider rim profile and lower system weight to make your bike both more capable and quicker under power. We built an alloy wheelset that could excel on gravel and fast off-road segments, while providing the responsiveness and quick acceleration riders demand on the roads that connect your favourite gravel loop.

Tire size: Optimized for 35 to 55mm tires; work well with 29mm up to 60mm.

Re:New Grading

RE:NEW wheels have been graded into three categories:

NO Grade (25% OFF) - As New - you won't be able to tell they have been ridden.

Grade A (35% OFF) - Light use - Slight cosmetic marks on the wheels.

Grade B (50% OFF) - Used - It may have cosmetic marks to the hub or rim and will show signs of use - they have been serviced and checked by our master wheel builders and will provide many more miles of use.

We will ask for your freehub and axle information after you complete your purchase.

6069-T6 Heat treated alloy, offering 69% greater tensile strength than 6061-T6 alloy. Disc specific, ETRTO complaint hooked 24mm internal rim profile. Anodized, work-hardened and shot-peened for durability.

HUNT H_Ratchet 40T DBL

HUNT H_Ratchet 40T DBL ratchet-based hub system with straight pull spoke interface and 9-degree engagement. Featuring a robust 6066-T6 alloy shell and high-strength 7075-T6 axle and freehub body with stainless steel insert to prevent gouging and wear.

Tires

Tubeless-ready for lower weight, lower rolling resistance and improved puncture resistance. Also works excellently with clincher tires and tubes. Optimized for 35-55mm tires, and compatible with 29-65mm tires.

A strong and lightweight 6069-T6 heat-treated rim boasts 69% higher tensile strength vs 6061-T6 alloy. The updated Gravel Race Disc features a wider 24mm internal and 28mm external rim width, creating an optimal tire profile for wider gravel tires, giving excellent grip and lower rolling resistance.

Spokes

The CX Delta is one of the latest offerings from Sapim, offering the aero advantage of a bladed CX Ray, with the durability of a D-Light. SCFT (Sapim Cold Forging Technology) ‘Stretch’ the spoke while retaining the linear Molecular structure of the material, thereby increasing the spoke strength at the middle by at least 48%.

H_Ratchet double-sided system (with two floating ratchet rings). With a 40t ratchet ring resulting in rapid 9˚ engagement. The freehub body features H_Ceramik anti-bite coating to ensure maximum durability.

BEARINGS

The heart of any wheel. Investing in them makes huge sense. We use high-grade double sealed smooth-rolling sealed cartridge bearings.
NIPPLES  

The conical shape of the double square nipple allows for increased accuracy in wheel building when combined with a nipple washer, allowing us to create evenly tensioned wheels with reduced stress points at the spoke hole.
