Vulpine is the latest race-focused addition to WTB’s line of beloved gravel tires. Tightly spaced center knobs form a nearly uninterrupted centerline to decrease rolling resistance while the rest of the tread is packed with short knobs to further promote efficiency, minimize the chance of punctures, and deliver predictable cornering traction.
Vulpine prioritizes all-out efficiency without sacrificing climbing or braking traction and is the perfect tire for gravel racers looking to lead the pack as well as daily riders in search of an efficient tire that excels on many surfaces including pavement, hardpack and gravel.
Key Features:
Efficient Knob Spacing:- Dual DNA is the perfect mix of efficiency, traction and durability. The centreline tread features a firmer rubber compound that boasts faster rolling and increased durability, while the side knobs are composed of softer, slower-rebounding rubber that improves control and grip.
TCS Light/Fast Rolling:
- A fast and efficient centreline tread compound matched to sticky, low durometer side knobs coat a supple, gram-conscious casing designed to be compliant while still trail-worthy.
Tubeless Compatible:
- TCS (Tubeless Compatible System) is WTB´s standardized tubeless system. These tires feature a TCS tubeless casing, which nearly eliminates flats and allows lower tire pressures to improve traction and comfort over a traditional tube-type tire.
