Redesigned for impact resistance and built around the H_Ratchet XL hub system. Leveraging the high strength-to-weight ratio of H_Core-reinforced carbon rims, HUNT engineers have created the strongest rear wheel in the category. Combined with a lower spoke count front wheel, this wheel system is strong enough to endure your biggest landings and rowdiest tracks, yet compliant enough to keep you on your line. Designed to upgrade hard-hitting enduro rigs to their fullest potential.

High Specification Components.

RIMS

H_Core reinforcement technology increases impact resistance significantly, resulting in the strongest enduro rear rim on the market. The front rim is designed for precision handling, featuring a 31mm-wide internal profile that enhances tracking and grip on technical terrain. Out back, the 30mm internal rim is engineered for strength and durability, with a reinforced layup and oversized 4mm sidewall dimensions to reduce the risk of pinch flats and enhance impact resistance.

SPOKES

We have chosen top of the line, triple butted Pillar Spokes with increased material reinforcement at the spoke head. Not only are these spokes extremely strong for their weight, they also provide a greater degree of elasticity under stress. The engineering team has selected 1.7mm butted spokes on the front wheel for compliance, paired with thicker gauge 1.8mm butted spokes in the rear for acceleration responsiveness and extra strength.

NIPPLES

With strength and durability at the forefront of our design and engineering priorities for enduro riding, brass nipples and washers were selected to offer superior corrosion resistance, ensuring a longer wheel lifespan and less frequent maintenance. Featuring a square body for external adjustment and a hex head for easy internal tensioning, these 16mm, 14-gauge nipples are anodized black for practical, long-lasting performance.

HUB SYSTEM

The H_Ratchet XL 40T DBL hub features a stepped 40-tooth double-ratchet ring system, offering 9° engagement with an oversized inboard ratchet disc engineered and tested and fully compatible with all modern EMTB motors up to 120 Nm torque. The CNC’d 6066-T6 heat-treated alloy body includes a 6-bolt disc mount, with labyrinth bearing seals to keep the elements out. An oversized 17 mm 7075-T6 stepped axle boosts stiffness and improves bearing longevity by reducing misalignment. Finished in polished anodized black with laser graphics. All freehub standards supported. The H_CERAMIK freehub body coating protects against cassette gouging.
