Built for durability above all else, our MTB-obsessed engineers used advanced FEA simulations and rigorous impact testing to create front- and rear-specific rims with industry-leading impact resistance. Hand-built with brass spoke nipples around the durability-focused H_Ratchet XL hubset— tested and fully compatible with all modern EMTB motors up to 120 Nm torque, and rolling on Enduro™ ABEC5 bearings for proven long-term reliability. More laps, less maintenance, maximum confidence.

Tire size: Optimized for 2.35" to 2.6" tires; work well with 2.3" up to 2.8" tires.

Also available in 27.5" and Mullet.

High Specification Components.

FRONT AND REAR OPTIMIZED RIMS

A wider (31.5mm) front wheel for control. A narrower, V-shaped (30mm) rear wheel for strength. Both built from premium aluminum, 30% stronger than standard 6061. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) design eliminates excess weight, while H-lock bead seat makes tubeless setup painless. Matte black, shot-peened finish with laser-etched graphics that won't peel off.

PRECISION ENDURO™ BEARINGS

We use Enduro™ ABEC5 LLU bearings with full-contact seals because they laugh off mud, dust, and water while spinning smoothly for seasons. True fit-and-forget reliability means you'll be sending new lines—not maintaining wheels.

ROBUST HUB SYSTEM

Our H_Ratchet XL 40T hub delivers 9° engagement with an oversized ratchet disc that handles massive torque. CNC'd from 6066-T6 aluminum alloy with 6-bolt mount and labyrinth-bearing seals. The oversized 17mm 7075-T6 stepped axle prevents flex and extends bearing life, while H_CERAMIK freehub coating prevents cassette damage. Compatible with all freehub standards.

TRIPLE BUTTED SPOKES

Pillar T302 stainless spokes with triple butting and reinforced heads. 28 front/32 rear in a 3-cross pattern for the perfect balance of strength and flex. Black stainless finish fights corrosion so your wheels stay solid season after season.
