Engineered alongside our Proven Carbon Race Enduro wheelset in West Sussex, UK, Proven Carbon Race E_Enduro is built to withstand the high-power world of E-MTB riding and racing. Charged with building an enduro-capable carbon wheelset for full-power electric bikes, high-torque motors and long-range winch and plummet rides, our engineers developed a completely unique carbon layup and construction to offer unparalleled strength while retaining comfort and stability.
Tested in-house at our facilities in the UK and ridden to the extreme by HUNT Enduro Racer Fergus Ryan and Darkfest rider Daryl Brown, we're amped to bring you Proven Race E_Enduro!
The Proven carbon range of performance mountain bike wheels are all tuned to offer the best balance of comfort and stability for their intended purpose. Proven Carbon Race E_Enduro required an entire rethink of carbon construction methods, resin choices and precision reinforcement to provide front wheel compliance while retaining rear wheel stability on powerful electric mountain bikes.
To cope with the added torque and weight of an EMTB, Proven Race E_Enduro wheelsets also feature an increased spoke count, 32 front, 36 rear, larger guage Pillar PSR 2018 triple butted spokes and our EMTB-specific and highly durable, PhaseEngage steel freehub system with a larger 42t ratchet ring.
As most of you will already know, we design our wheels to take a pretty impressive amount of hammering under all sorts of conditions. Whether you're hitting out at your trail, or bombing down the rough stuff, you can do so with the confidence that you're rolling on hoops designed to take the lot in their stride.

- Hubs | Large body HUNT E_Enduro front hub with 8-degree PhaseEngage EMTB specific rear hub. Large double-sealed cartridge bearings. Boost (110/148) spacing only. RockShox Torque Caps for Boost front hubs are also available.
- Axles | Extra thick 17mm 7075-T6 axles for increased strength and stiffness. Reducing flex in the hub also helps to increase bearing life and resist the additional torque of an E-MTB motor system.
- Hand-built | All of our wheels are built and finished by hand, inclusive of a full quality control inspection.
- Tires | Optimised for 2.35"-2.6" tire widths, but also work very well with 2.25"-2.8".
- Bearings | Super smooth, replaceable, Revo bearings offer fast rolling performance. Dual full-contact seals and long-lasting, heat-resistant grease protect against water ingress for longer service intervals.

All HUNT wheels models have to pass our harsh rolling-drum fatigue tests for rider weight limits, please see here for more details. Max system weight 298lbs (system weight – total weight of fully kitted up rider, bike and luggage). If a rider is over 275lbs then an experienced bike mechanic should check the wheel regularly and it is advisable to use tires at max 45psi as this will reduce the fatigue on the wheelset.
