riders and fans chatting

Even though the Met office was predicting double black rain clouds all day, Ollie, Dan and Sam (plus a ringer in the form of Mason's Matt) headed up the M1 for a weekend up north.

As predicted, the weather tried it's hardest to put people off, with heavy showers for 99.9%* of the day, but nevertheless we had a great day.

It was inspiring to see so many riders donning the waterproofs and heading out for guided rides in the Peaks. A strong turnout for the very first 'Women of Steel' meet highlighted the ever growing community of female riders.

Wrapping up (or warming up?) with a chippy tea and smiles all round, it gave us time to reflect on how important events like this are to riders.

We love getting the chance to meet you and talk bikes, so next time you see our tent, come say hi!
